1. Terms

By accessing the website at https://tierlister.pro and its pages, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to build tier lists on Tier Lister Pro's application and add them to your own site using embed code for personal, commercial and non-commercial use. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may:

  • create a tier list and embed them in your site for your commercial or non-commercial project;
  • create and embed tier list for your clients' commercial or non-commercial projects;

Under this license, you may not:

  • resell or redistribute any parts of any components and templates;
  • manually (except the "HTML export" feature) or programmatically download generated code HTML, CSS, JS code produced by Tier Lister Pro app for personal, educative, commercial and non-commercial use;
  • use exported HTML, CSS, JS code produced by the Tier Lister Pro app "HTML export" feature for building a commercial or non-commercial website builder or theme;
  • use abusive or obscene words for website subdomains and custom domains;
  • inject malware or JS-mining software in a built website;
  • upload forbidden documents, images or any other files forbidden by the laws;
  • remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the assets by implementing custom code (removing the branding badge with custom code is prohibited by this term);
  • make any editions in the application code;
  • drive an unreasonable enormous amount of traffic to the tier list published in your site;
  • create and/or host a tier list with adult content;
  • create and/or host tier list on or for phishing websites;
  • create multiple accounts using variations of the same email address (e.g., contact@gmail.com, contact+new@gmail.com, etc.);

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by us at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

3. Disclaimer

The materials on our's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

9. Refund policy

A refund is issued if there is a technical problem with the product and we can't help you to resolve the problem. We have a free plan and a free trial, so please make sure to check it out before purchasing.

10. Processing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller LemonSqueezy.com. LemonSqueezy.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. LemonSqueezy.com provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

11. Miscellaneous

By creating a tier list you give your agreement to us to use your website as an example of websites built with Tier Lister Pro.

By creating a tier list you agree to remove the Tier Lister Pro branding badge only from within the Tier Lister Pro application.

12. Pricing plans

Our service pricing plans may be changed at any time. The changes may contain the price change and the particular terms (such as website amount). We agree this point looks creepy. Nevertheless, we promise no one will be unfairly deprived.

13. Signing up

By creating an account ("signing up" or "register") in the our service you agree your website URL can be published in our social networks and other communication channels and to receive company email newsletters. You can get instantly unsubscribed though.

14. Fair Use Policy

Customer usage of Tier Lister Pro is monitored continuously to ensure fair use. If a customer generates exceptionally high usage over a short period, We reserve the right to restrict usage to protect its platform and ensure equitable access for all users. This policy applies to all subscription levels on our platform.


We define fair usage as follows:

  • Each user is allowed to generate up to 10 Tier lists per month.
  • If additional usage is required, users must contact our team to request an extension.

15. Pay Once / Life time deal limitations

Lifetime access grants the user access to the Tier List for the duration of operational existence of the app. We reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any features or services provided without prior notice.

The Lifetime Plan is for personal, non-transferable use. Sharing account credentials or reselling access to the app under this plan is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of access without a refund.

In the event that Tier Lister Pro decides to discontinue the app and its service, the following will apply:

  • Notice Period: Users will be notified at least 30 days prior to the app's shutdown.
  • Data Export: Users will be provided with an option to export their data during this notice period.
  • No Refunds: The Lifetime Plan fee is non-refundable even in the event of app discontinuation.
